Cristoforo de Paola was born at Lipari, Provincia di Messina, Kingdom of Sicily, about 1535, of unknown parentage; and died before the 1610 census of Lipari.[1] He married at Lipari, about 1560, Giovanna di Senecco, who was born at Lipari, about 1545, of unknown parentage; and died at Lipari, before the 1610 census of Lipari.[2]

Domenico de Paola, bap. 16 May 1574; sponsor was Matteo Pampina. He m. Lipari, ca. 1600, Prudentia Luciano, a probable dau. of Domenico Luciano. In the 1610 Census of Lipari, Domenico de Paula (or di Paula), ae. 34, res. with wife (Prudentia), and one dau. (Lucretia). His taxable property included on parcel of land valued at onze 20. His debts without specific security totaled onze 10.[5]

Giovanna de Paola, b. ca. 1580; m. Lipari, in Dec. 1613, by Reverendo Don Francesco Lonoara, Domenico di Luca. The witnesses were Cola Carrozza and Giovanni Paolo Muntanaro.
